Rights Related to Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or significantly affect you. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.
International Data Transfers
As a Canadian business, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any data transfers outside of this recognized framework.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Appointment-related data is typically retained for two years following your last interaction with us, unless longer retention is required by law.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

Data Breach Notification
